    We'd arrived at 0800 when there were very few tourists, but 1100, the buses started rolling in: perfect lines of busy Japanese, bunches of red, superheated Germans, and masses of Mexicans - all shouting at once. We left at 1200, took John and Margaret back to the hotel - where they shouted us drinks - then continued our journey.

    Day 2 - morning/afternoon

    Habits die hard! I was up early this morning to catch the first rays of the sunrise! Didn't get lost neither; I followed the path that led to the horizon on fire. Best part…this was along the beach!

    ... I couldn't eat I still have breakfast in my stomach) we find the beach and have our first look at the sea. The wind is REALLY strong, to the point that Sabrina is cold (in 35C temperature??) so we go back "inland" and are caught by rain so we take refuge in our hotel room.

    ... in our room, I have a quick shower, then someone knocks on the door... and a fruit basket with vodka (odd combination) is delivered to us as a "Bienvenido" gift. Wow. I seem to say this word a lot! By now it's 9:45pm and the Buffet restaurants close at 10:30pm... and we still have to find them on this HUGE resort, so we head out and hunt for it and have dinner.
