Hola! I rented a surfboard yesterday to give it a try on my own. Went to this little shop where the girl not only let me borrow her bike (which had flat tires and the chain fell off of on the way back!) to go back for my ID at the hostel, but also stored my stuff and rented me a surfboard and rush guard (surf shirt) for less then $4 for the hour. We stopped off at a few places to go for a walk, only to discover this was also chargable. We decided to drive to Arenal Observatory Lodge.
