    ... Jayson. I work out with him from 7-8 while Garyn does cardio and then we switch from 8-9. After working out, we'll grab breakfast.     ... the Pan American Highway for a good part of the way but after about 45 minutes we joined the back end of a traffic jam. Our guide did a good job of telling us about the history, geography and economy of Costa Rica but after about 40 minutes he was beginning to repeat himself.     ... seafood and beef, an amazing gym that I can workout at, and of course all the Culooooo walking around in bikinis!! Ahhh MAMMMII! hahah! My kind of atmosphere…Bathing suit and flip flop kind of guy you know!

    ... a lot today!

    Since we had the only keys to the house and the boys had no way to get back in, we made sure we were home by early afternoon. Not that it was necessary because the boys didn't show back up until 4:45. What was supposed to be a 1/2 day trip turned into a full day adventure 20 miles offshore.
