An American in Chile/Spiders, Scorpions, Earthquak

A travel blog entry by augsabroad

... when there were gates and other unnecessary actions. We saw a gate that said "Quinoa. Aceite de Olivo. Almendras. Casa 22". This was our spot. We were greeted by a tiny voice that said "Hola!!"--this would be Violeta, the tiny toddler we'd spend most of our time with, yelling out of their open window. Still, we must have enjoyed our day out, as Felix and I narrowly missed the bus back to Santiago, arriving at the station with 20 seconds to spare before the last bus of the day was leaving. When will I ever ...
