South to Fuerteventura
... us much of the same landscape but with an awesome lighthouse, that was more of a mansion than a lighthouse. We dropped anchor at Gran Tarajal off a deserted beach and a huge breakwater that protected the harbour. We stayed two nights on anchor while a southerly worked its way north. Then opted for a couple of nights in the harbour as it was really cheap. 9euros a night although we didn't have access to any fresh water.

We envisage that we will be approaching our destination tomorrow morning, at first light. We are already looking forward to a Spanish breakfast with some strong coffee, which I'm sure will swiftly be followed by mojitos and bed!

Spring Break Part 2: A lot of sun
... and I laying about in the midst of rich naked old people in the middle of the beach. Awesome.
We went to the store and got Sangria (for a euro), bread and brie and then sat on the beach and had a picnic while chatting away the hours against the sunset. We were two classy broads.
We spent a few hours the next day just laying on the beach as well before catching our flight back to Barcelona, sunburned and relaxed.
