We worked our way up past Mountain Village, a suburb of Telluride where Larry and Kathy stayed, and parked in a National Forest Campground in a copse of Aspen trees. Inside the trailer it was like being in a tree house with beautiful scenes of Aspen forest filling every window. Outside our dining room windows we could see our own pond through the Aspen boles with ducks coming to visit.

... it was more of a boutique hotel feel and the room felt very home like and comfortable. It seemed that most of the people I talked to had been coming to Telluride for years, so it has quite a following despite it’s remoteness. I can see myself returning as well, but probably not soon, as I want to continue to try other locations. There are so many places to try and a short season!
