Today we had to wake up very early because we had a long bus ride to Venice. Once we got to Venice we had a walking tour, it was really hard to understand what our tour guide was saying. ... t really complain and it was a large room with nice bathroom.but no view.
Plan A was to get a beer at the bar by the Arsenale as this is a good price and not usually crowded. However when we got there all the seats in the shade were taken and it was seriously hot and sunny. So Plan B was to go straight to our favourite restaurant -Al Vecio Portal- but when we got there it was closed! Not a good start. Round the corner ...

He was thought by his grandfather, and the profession is normally passed down the generations.He was even kind enough to sing for us!
