Hello Friends!! Matt and I were up early (3AM) and out the door by 4:15AM heading to Logan. We had an 8AM flight Boston to London, Heathrow. The flight was good, but with the time change we didn't arrive into London until about 8PM local time. We had done most of our packing earlier this week, and just needed to finish up last night. ... success. In the second week I landed an interview with a big architectural firm that have offices all over the globe. They work on huge scale projects and are a really good company to work for. The interview went well and I've had some feedback through the agent that they liked me, were very impressed with my portfolio and they think I can learn quickly in their industry. The street has all these neat shops, eclectic and antique. Also on weekends, people setup tables all along the road, selling everything from antiques to clothing to food. Unfortunately, we have about 1/2 hour to wait for our train and it isn't a fast train either, stopping numerous times before reaching our destination. So we stand and watch the board so we can make a dash for the correct platform when it is listed and also we are watching to make sure there aren't any delays like last week that turned into an all night stoppage. My advice to anyone wanting to do what we did - DO IT..............but without the blog as it eats into your fun time
