... authentic Dutch food is kind of French. Sarina got a much missed, but underwhelming burger and fries. The fries here always come with mayo by the way. We also got yummy apple ciders to top it off. Then we hopped across the street for the Heineken experience. This was by far the best brewery tour I have ever been on in my life. You tour the old factory and learn about the company's history. Fun fact: special yeast they used ...

Hilary, Gayle and I walk through our neighbourhood to the city's main square which houses both the Royal Palace (no longer an official residence) the war memorial and the church. The ladies in their windows jiggle and dance - even for us! The vista continuously confronts us. Despite their industry being ...

Then we had lunch at a cute little cafe. I had a Hawaiian baguette which was delicious :) After that, we headed to the boat museum for a shorts time and got to explore the Amsterdam ship a little bit. It was also really fun, but more time there would have been fun! Then we headed back ...
