    We drove on for 15 minutes to a place called Raiano where we had a fabulous picnic lunch next to an old hermitage built over a stream in a picturesque gorge.     A bit more walking around this exquisite place, a quick visit to a much quieter village then back to the hotel by 4pm. We caught up and rested till 7pm when we wandered as a group to the main piazza for a drink then to a restaurant for dinner. Good pizza and wine not too bad. Cool evening. Bed by 10.45. ...

    ... at the beautiful Sistine chapel where Michelangelos artwork and amazing ceiling plasterworks was in view.. No photos were able to be taken here but Giovanni took a sneaky pic and got caught and we got kicked out. Luckily we were able to sneak back in and appreciate the beautiful works.     ... Napoli, etc. These stores are huge; they are more like a Kroger Marketplace, but much larger. The closest Carrefour is 35 miles so that is an alternative, but the last alternative because of the time and distance. We started checking all other grocery stores in the area. Minturno has 18,000 people and Formia has 40,000 so there are lots of stores. We checked Euro Spin, but we had no luck. Then we looked at Coop and Conad, In's, Todis, ...
