Tis the night before flight, only 1 creature remain stirring, while the other is with wine and close to his sight blurring. ... were the original cigar trade began. Fascinating old buildings with architecture akin to the French Quarter of New Orleans. Loads of cigar and tattoo shops (open 24hrs?! for when you get that 4am tattoo need). We sampled some local brews at Tampa Brewing Co bar and snuck a cheeky margharita.
