I gaar torsdag aften kom vi tilbage til Bangkok fra vores "afslapnings" tur til oen Koh Chang.

Med min rygsaek i god behold startede fredag morgen med en bustur paa 5 timer fra Bangkoks Eastern Terminal (busstation) til havnebyen Laem Ngop i omraadet Trat. Sonne, Strand und Eimersaufen
... Thomas zu dem Siam Hut Resort auf, das ihnen zuvor empfohlen wurde und das war die absolut beste Entscheidung. Eine Hütte für 200 Baht, einer der besten Strände der Insel vor der Haustür und ein relativ gutes und günstiges Restaurant.. Einzig der während der Fahrt eingesetzte Regen trübte die Stimmung, aber sobald der verzog gings mit einem großen Bier ab ins Meer... Willkommen im Urlaub!

Back to Blighty
... a while to heal. Not helped by the fact on Thursday the nurse had to peel off the bandage which was nicely congealed to my arm, so the top layer of skin came off too. Yes that hurt a lot. Tomorrow I will be making the arduous journey back to England.The minibus picks me up at 9am on Sunday and I wont reach Dad’s until around 8.30am on Monday. I have a good book to get stuck into.
