(Down by the beach, the winds weren't an issue.) The place is known for its bountiful tide pools, which yield urchins and starfish and the like. ... moved out and there was nothing but blue sky. We packed up the car and checked out. Then took a final walk on the beach. The sun was warm on my skin, and the water was freezing. ... house is about 115 years old with a resident ghost named Rue, and it is perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and it is beautiful.
