... 6 km in tunnels spiraling up to a total hight of 960 m. We booked the late trip - it is clear anyway - and most of the tourist buses are gone by then.
For the rest we are still surviving on Norwegian food in the evening and our cheese, soups etc from Belgium for lunch. The water heater in the car does an excellent job in preparing 'slow soup'.
Tomorrow we move up higher nord to the Nordfjord and the gletsjer ...

When we entered our cabin there's not one cup, plate, knife, fork. Nothing. Why don't they tell you when you book in? There's a good market here for some smart people to turn this whole industry on it's head.

26 April 2014: We awoke this morning to Odd busy in the kitchen again. This time, it was homemade buckwheat pancakes and bacon. Not surprising anymore, they were delicious. We then said our goodbyes to Odd and thanked him for the extremely generous hospitality. Unbeknownst to us, the Bergen Marathon was running today. Consequently, the bus was fully loaded, which made for some interesting maneuvering with our packs. Excuse me folks....coming ...
