... for a welcome cold Vailima beer and Oka (raw marinated fish) sitting outdoors by the pool. Carried on to the ship another 15 mins walk in the heat - it was very warm and humid. Back on board by 3.30 and went for a more than welcome swim. We arrived at Apia, a small volcanic island in the Pacific, and following the talks on what to see on this Island we were not expecting much. The community is very religious, and arriving on a Sunday was not the best day of the week, as we were told not to expect any shops to be open, or much at all.

Kein Wunder das man hier fuer ganz einfache Sachen wie Geld abheben, einkaufen usw. Sofort immer mindestens einen halben Tag lang braucht...mit dem Bus mindestens
einen ganzen Tag!
