    ... warmer waters as we saw lots of ice floating past. They don't look so large from up top but we are ten floors up! Alpine goats were around and Mike was lucky to spot a couple of moose grazing, they have been quite elusive so far. Àlso spotted a colony of sea lions basking on the rocks. Spectacular scenery today.     ... which I know will not do justice to what we see. Our destination is a State Park near the Mantanuska Glacier which is one of the few glaciers you can access by car and walking.

    We arrive around 3pm and there are a couple sites left of the nine available. We take #9 and it is a back in, not a pull through, so we have to disconnect and back in and set up. A little crowded but it is $20/night site and ...
