... at one point, I swear he has a screw loose at times lol We left that beach and walked around the side of the hill on a little concrete path until we found another beach, this one was even nicer, the sand was the softest sand I've felt on my feet. We sat there for a little while and then headed to find some food, I finally had my pad thai in a restaurant that overlooked the beach and Matty had he new found fave, basil beef. We headed back to the hotel about 4:30, got there and ...

We did one pool session to get used to it and learn basic skills and then we had 4 open water dives. We had such a good group. And Chris and Sam... We even had our very own Team Sweden! Unfortunately for us when we went down there the visibility was not amazing however we did get chance to see the ship, look around it and even peek inside although until we are certified wreck divers (which is now appealing) we cannot go inside for safety reasons.

Once back on the shore, Adam signed us all off and gave us temporary cards until our real ones arrive back home. For now though (until the next course) we are advanced divers!

We had been travelling at a fast pace for the last 3 months and were really looking forward to what we were calling our holiday (as opposed to all of you who think we are on a permanent holiday ha ha). Our mood was slightly dampened as we stepped off the bus at the Chumpoun ferry terminal and were blasted by a strong wind. So we popped some sea sickness tablets and boarded the ferry. It was packed and at first everyone made excitable noises as the ...

... too sorry for myself. Our first dive is at White Rock and despite finding it very painful on my ears, once I get past 10m the pain eases and I've got no problems. We dive 12m down and I'm instantly hooked. Looking above and seeing fish swimming is the best feeling. 40 mins later we surface and spend just over an hour on the boat talking through the dive and what we're doing next. Out boat takes us ...
