Sondag 11.april JAMAICA!!

We have traveled this year to Cancun (June 2009) and Puerto Plata (July) and were ready for another Caribbean vacation. I thought a return trip to Jamaica would be nice (we have had two previous trips to Jamaica ...
Negril, Jamaica mcoker... as you will have more walking room inside. Balconies are small but at least they have a balcony.
The Honeymoon JS are very nice. Nice size with a sitting area that has a pullout sofa.
The 1 bedroom Suite is very spacious and a nice upgrade for someone wanting just a bit more room than the Honeymoon JS offers.

... A magician first who was excellent and following him, enjoyed the Couples Marriage Game. Too funny!
I was checked in to a Premium Category. It was quite small and somewhat dark. Not what I expected, but OK for the price. The furnishings were nice however the room just look as if it needed an upgrade. When you come to this resort…accommodations are important. I would strongly suggest a Loft ...

Dinner last night was delicious. We were sat out on the terrace (great view of the place) and it started to rain (properly rain) half way through our starters. The waiters - who appeared fairly used to this - quickly ushered us all inside, brought our tables in, and carried on as if nothing had happened. It was quite funny. The rain didn't last long, but an electrical storm lasted long into the night. We sat up for some time watching ...
... at sunset. It was a lively spot - lots of people, lots of cliff jumping (not from us, we hadn't taken our swimmers) and some good music. The evening was interrupted by a tropical shower, but the band carried on even if the jumpers didn't. The rain thankfully didn't last too long so we didn't get too wet walking back to the Caves.
Last night's dinner was something special. We dined in a Cave (Cave 2, since you ask) which was amazing. The walls of the cave ...
Hi guys Just a quick update via the phone to let you know that we are safely settled into The Caves in Jamaica. It is, as you'd expect, beautiful. Yesterday's travel was a bit stressful - we had a manic/comical dash through Miami to reach our connecting flight - but it all worked out OK, and we arrived here at 10.30pm last night. There were a couple of beers and some fresh lobster salad waiting for us which was a nice touch. Today we've explored a bit ...
Negril, Jamaica daveandkateI spent almost a week in Negril, a long stretch of beaches along the western tip of Jamaica. Very popular with tourists. I walked the beach several times and I've been annoyed by the "farmers" and the like on a regular basis. They are sometimes aggressive. Better to walk along the road than the beach at night to/from the restaurant for obvious reasons. Nice sunsets.
Negril, Jamaica gratien... them stamp the claim form for the missing bag, and return the stamped form to the airlines. Once everyone who possessed a stamp had stamped every piece of paper in sight, we were allowed through customs. As we stepped through the door, the Couples lounge was in sight. They took our bags, let us use the bathroom, offered us a drink, and told us to relax and have a seat. Two minutes later the bus was ready to take us to Swept Away. The bus only had two empty seats ...
Negril, Jamaica dragon762... its nothing like authentic jerk. In a previous trip I ordered jerk chicken and the restaurant actually served the sauce on the side because not everyone can enjoy the full effect of the fireball going down their throats. But wonders never cease to amaze me, the child ate it without batting an eye, although I could practically watch the sweat beads pop out of his skin on his nose and upper lip. The chicken seemed to suffice for the two of them and they ...
