    ... It's an obvious report, but the land canvass here is painted extremely well. Just outside of Gillette, Wyoming is the massive Antelope Coal Mine; to one side black coal piled high, to the opposite a reservoir and main buildings. The ponds and lakes here are bluer than where we came from; the altitude and sun's reflection darken it to resemble something to the effect of the wine-dark sea called the Aegean.     ... this big jutting tower of volcanic rock in movies before, its flat topped silhouette is another instantly recognisable location.     It is really nice to be self contained! A quick sandwich in
    our RV and we are back on the road.

    We made it into Wyoming and also made our goal of Buffalo WY…..We
    were wondering why Garmin was telling us we would be here at 5:30 PM when our
    watches said it was after 6! Then we both realized we had crossed into the
    Mountain Time Zone!
