After waking up at 4am and unable to fall asleep again, I definitely didn't feel as strong and energetic in my morning training session as I would have expected. Since we were awake when the kitchen opened, an hour and a half before our Morning Glory session, it was enough time to eat and digest food before training. Breakfast was two poached eggs and half an oat banana omelette (maybe I had more than half and it didn't digest as well as I had hoped). ...

We were starving so it wasn't long until we caved and got our next international McDonald's meal (468 baht for 2 large mc chicken spicy meals -not so cheap). We arrived at the Marriott Phuket Beach Club around 5pm and was checked in within a few minutes. We were pleasantly surprised when we reached our room as it was a HUGE 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen, dining table and washer & dryer.
We went from one week with bare bones, no hot water, no comforter, no A/C to the complete opposite.
