A lovely lazy week

... it and we even found NEMO. V cute fish. After the first dive the wheels came off. Enough to say that lily wanted to go home. We were 3 hours away from the hotel with 60k of sea between us and mainland and 30 other travelling companions who wouldn't be into cutting their day short. ... gold(en). And when you walk on the sand it squeaks. Yes, you did read that correctly, the sand squeaks. It's like walking on halumi cheese. We don't know why it squeaks, it just does. Thankfully we were also far enough away from seedy Patong Beach to only see a handful of sex-tourists!

Oh, and Phuket also has a Big Buddha perched on one of its high hills. He can be seen from most areas of the island but unfortunately he isn't gold, he's white. Oh well.

After 6 Days in Patong we were ready to relax and make some home cooked meals before heading on to Koh Pi Pi. It ended up being a great idea!! Chris decided he wanted to join, so we upgraded our 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom villa and spend the next few days going to the gym, relaxing by the pool and making breakfast and dinner :).
