What a remarkable place !!!!!!! We boarded one of the huge Virtu Ferry fleet for the Sicily/Malta crossing and was immediately impressed with the boat, even more impressed when we found out they had recently outrun a pirate attack, and even more impressed when we read that the fleet is Australian built.

I felt this night needed a blog on it's own. You have not experienced fireworks till you have been in Malta. We arrived in the town of Hallija at about 10pm and the fireworks were going off. As my uncle was trying to find a car park my sis and I were blown away by what we were seeing in the sky.
