With a population of 350 (estimated) it is a sleepy little Western town but

The Sturgis Motorcycle rally was AWESOME!!! We were well received by the bikers, and shared camp with 5 Harley-riders from Pennsylvania. We saw concerts with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gretchen Wilson, Alice in Chains and David Lee Roth. The festival was all about Bikes, Beer and Boobs. I left Spearfish early this morning. Camping has a unique way of waking me up pretty early, so I was out of the sleeping bag by 6:30AM- which is really impressive by my standards.
