    After a very nice sleep in the giant bed I woke up at 6am. Half jokingly I'd suggested to the rest of the guys that I'd be going to the fitness centre in the hotel in the morning.     Got up at 4am, and did final bits and pieces before leaving to go to the airport at 5:30am. I was amazed we had a completely clear run and was at Heathrow by just after 7am. Was I glad that I had upgraded our seats to business as it meant we could use the lounges for free breakfast and drinks (vodka and wine).
