... There was a great cafe where we had lunch, next to the war memorial which is centered in a very well manicured lawn (not mannequin'd as I initially said!) We spent a very leisurely afternoon walking around the park, through the botanical gardens which give great views of Perth city and reading whilst laying on the grass.
