After that, I went to the Fringe festival and went to buy a rush ticket. Sometimes the actors let a few tickets go for half price if you show up at the last minute. There was one for a show called "Pretty Peepers: The Glitta Supanova Experience". The ticket lady said "It's a cabaret, is that alright?" … "Ummm, yeah sure."

... to hundreds of model cows which during festivals are painted by local artists, other times they remain black and white. Ashley thought they were all painted and Sam thought they were all black and white. I spent a fair portion of the trip from Mandurah to Perth looking for accommodation close to where Simon was staying, eventually managing to book a self contained apartment about a block from Simon's hotel, and for only $119 - that seemed like a pretty good rate ...
