... 4 hours. Thankfully, we don't have a schedule to keep, so we just go with the flow. It was very tiring though.

New York state is very serious about texting and driving. They have pull offs along the road for texting and a lot of signs discouraging it. If you get 3 texting tickets, you lose your license. Should be a practice nationwide, we think.

We ended up in Sturbridge, MA ...

July 30th – day 87



For $8 per person you can hire paddle
boats for half an hour, swim unlimited at the Aqua pool (heated pool,
waterslide and jacuzzi) and have a round of mini golf. After twenty
minutes on the paddle boats, our legs were all sore. Plus it was a
little warm to be doing that much exercise so we headed to the pool
for a few hours. There was a karate class going on in the pool ...

... the candle store, but it wasn't just candles -- they had lots of decorative items as well. We were also impressed with the layout of the store and the way the merchandise was presented. There were lots of interesting things in areas that were set up to look like rooms (kitchen, dining room, etc.). We spent a while browsing, but I wasn't interested in buying anything.
