This was a really neat spot that we went to at low tide so that we were able to swim in, rather than dive below the surface to enter) and we were also there when the sun was high in the sky and was able to shine in through the hole at the top. There were hundreds of fish in here, and some mentionable include: Lion fish, Nassau Grouper, Lobster.

... dishes in salt water and rinsing in fresh water. We'll be okay til we can get to the next port which is Sampson Cay 17 miles south of here to fill the water tanks and get diesel and more food. In the meantime we are hanging on and will probably go for a hike this afternoon.

When we stopped at the office on the way back to the boat a crowd on the deck said they saw the whole thing and were amazed at it's size. There's a party onshore at 5:30 put on by the staff. ... to blow through Wednesday and possibly Thursday. We are moored in a very protected lagoon and there are park rangers on site and over 20 other sailboats in here. So please don't worry. Kathy on Vespera baked coffee cake and topped it off with real whipped cream and Nancy & Lee brought some over to us. Ummmmm good.

... relaxing here. And the meals are divine. The first course every evening is the soup of the day. My favorite is the Conch chowder. I could skip dinner and just have a big bowl of the chowder with some bread.

People come and go here. We find we identify each other by where we are from. We refer to "the Swiss couple" ...
