    ... do we do next? Something inside! Biltmore estate, house gardens winery and village is very big around here. So we went. Oh no 60$ to get in. Not in our budget.     Today we decided to go to the Blue Ridge Parkway which is a very scenic route through the mountains. This was recommended by Steve and Norma and well worth the visit.     ... But for the few days after Asheville, the thoughts came back at times. I think it was just having a couple days of doing nothing, eating well and sleeping in an actual bed that did it. So even though my milage was fairly low, my morale wasn't great, and it took a couple days to work it back up.     ... so far, even though I've felt like I've been eating enough (a feat that is almost impossible on the trail). Mooch and Ahab were taking a little longer than I wanted to leave since we were planning to do some decent miles that day, so I took off before them.
