... along Jenny Lake. At the south end of the lake we hopped on a shuttle boat to the other side of the lake to hike to Hidden Falls. On our trip in 1989, we hiked the 5 mile round trip. This time we hiked less than a mile round trip. Twenty-five years has taken its toll.

... What a spot of luck! They were really cool and had been doing all the national parks, eventually making their way to Canada. They had some really funny stories so we enjoyed the evening, welcoming the hospitality of their open fire and cover. The next morning, we had decided to do a tour of all the main geysers and to hopefully see old faithful explode!
