It was an early start. The pickup from my hotel was at 0345. I had everything packed up and was dressed and out the door relatively quickly. I board the shuttle and he heads up to pick someone else up near the club district. This young fella climbs aboard and complains about the hour then rests his head against the window and dozes off. There was just enough time to get to the gate for the connecting flight (A 320) to LAX. What do you do in LA with a 12 hour layover? If you're me, you sit around, read, watch a movie, and as an aviation enthusiast, watch all the planes taking off and landing! I was ...
