Our next stop was Cannon Beach, something that has been on my 'bucket list' for a while now, and can finally be checked off. We picked a great day to venture out and see it, sunshine and blue sky for days. What a great day to make a dream come true !

a few days. Their Zumba routine is known to have “whacked out”
everybody who participated. Their Tahitian moves and dances are so

Robert Gray in 1792. In 1805 Lewis and Clark began trading with the Clatsop, Tillamook & Chinnook tribes. In 1811 Fort Astoria was founded as a fur trading and has been attracting ships ever since. The one downside is that Astoria can get incredible wind storms that can reach 70-100 MPH . There is a Scandinavian & Finn heritage in the town.
