Day 45, Victoria, Australia.
Woke up to brilliant sunshine which is definitely needed when travelling along the Great Ocean Road. We took our time and stopped off regularly to admire the dramatic coastline before ending up in Apollo Bay for the night. While walking along a cliff top we came across another indigenous animal just ambling across our pathway - an echidna, which is a bit like an overgrown hedgehog. Travelled 198 Kms ...

We spent the night in Torquay , and the next day took the
long way back to Melbourne following the road along the south coast to
Queencliff , entrance to Phillip bay. Before heading through Geelong, and
driving through rush hour traffic in the centre of Melbourne to get to the
hostel to find it’s the wrong address and you have to do it all again – not
fun!
