... snorkeling at Big Beach in Maui. I'm glad we read this after we turned in the equipment. Ironically, Sheila and I snorkeler at Big Beach last month when we were in Maui.
We spent our last evening at the pool. Very refreshing - we are going to miss the pool.
Tomorrow we pack up and head back to the Carolinas.

... ridge that looks like, wait for it, a sleeping giant. He was really cool. Legend has it that the islanders would light fire behind him so that attackers to the island would believe that the giant was rising to help beat the attackers off. ... beautiful; so many colors and lines and there was even a waterfall. There were hiking trails to some of the falls but I'm not in any shape to do a strenuous hike so we skipped it. I would recommend it, it was definitely worth the drive. The road up and down was very windy so be prepared to go slow. On the way back, we stopped by the Shrimp Station for a late lunch and it was delicious. The flavour was delicious, it wasn't as good as it is on the North Shore on Oahu ...
... quiet water, lots of spinning since we didn't have any way to steer the tubes. Back to the ship for lunch and then an early exit from port and onward along the Na Pali coastline. Repacking our bags for the pick up this evening. I will post food pics on a later blog, though I didn't get the first 5 days until Lisa reminded ...
... sea caves! Amazing! It was so beautiful! Waterfalls pouring down overhead and crystal clear blue waters all round! What a beautiful sight! Continued on to the Nepali Coast to see the spectacular spire mountains with unbelievable colors! No picture could do justice to this natural beauty! Stopped at a remote beach for a nice lunch and a hike to an ancient Hawaiian village. Kalen and Ryan even cracked open a couple of coconuts for all of us to try. Got to try our hand at snorkeling ...
