    ... wonder, from the back of a transport truck, found his way a few days later on a muddy country road somewhere east of Arlon, Belgium, near the border of Luxembourg, and a day shy of turning 20-years-old, jumped from the back of that truck to push aside a friend who had fallen into the path of the truck that followed, and died.

    After this we drove through the mountains on the way back, which once again meant we had spectacular scenery.     First stop along the way was at Navarro Beach State Park. This is camping right on the beach with the waves crashing on the shore. It is a beautiful setting and did seem to be quite popular. Watched a kayaker try to make a landing but got himself sideways and hit the water. Safely to shore though.

    ... we both collapsed. What were we thinking? The good news is that Dave discovered where and how the main was hooked up, so next day… we rented a "trencher".

    As is often the case with rental units, this one was less than well maintained, so Dave spent some time adjusting and fiddling, and then it worked like a charm. The trench is done and he is now laying the pipes to the house. Plumbing will be done this trip. That leaves ...
