... Mike’s laptop set up, unfortunately about 10 mins after they left Sandra got a call from Mike saying they’d been hit by another car on the windy, slippery roads near their house. No-one was injured but the car was scraped along one whole side and so they had to wait for the police to come and make a report.

... the yards of the homes we passed near the waterfront. The Empress Hotel, which is part of the Fairmont chain is stunning. Vines grow up the walls of the hotel which faces the waterfront in downtown. There are several trees on their property which are unique and so different from any we have ever seen before.
