          ... week. We've been catching up after deviating from the planned route thanks to no on-route accommodations for two days. To make matters a bit more difficult, the terrain has become quite hilly, with short steep hills ALL the time.

          That being said, the country is green and there is lots to see, including some very interesting local folks.

          Our stop in King was a trip down memory lane for Kent! He grew up in King, NC and we got to see lots of friends and family. Our camp site had a beautiful view of Pilot Mountain.
