      ... up and relaxed a bit before grabbing the free Sunday aperitif in the lounge (Spumontee) while the kids journaled and wrote postcards. We then moved to our assigned table in the dining room for dinner-- royal consume (kids and me) and potato dumplings with tomato butter (Michael), salad, cheese and bread, then veal shoulder (grown ups), fish (boys) and eggplant (Madelyn) followed by white chocolate mousse for dessert.       ... with breakfast, are included in the price of the room. We started with a salad/fruit/cheese bar where we sliced our own tomatoes with a funny gadget and had delicious house dressing. The we had the choice of potato ravioli stuffed with shrimp (all the Ms ate this), tomato soup (Brady) or carrot/orange juice (???). My scratchy throat led me to ordering this; I know Kirstin and Andrea would be ordering this uber healthy treat with me had they been here!! Then ...

      ... of time and settled in for our 2 x 1 and 1/2 hr train trips. Two things that have amazed us here are 1. The number of vineyards and grapes - they are everywhere! Soooooo many grapes, no wonder local wine is cheap here. 2. The number of castles - if there is a flat or even a small ridge or shelf up high there is a castle on it!! Our Tyrolian adventure is over as we have now travelled from North to South ...

      ... that we had a glimpse of our Castel-home. We wandered around the streets as the shops opened up, had a coffee, and looked at few little shops in the old area. There was a storm predicted today and we could see some clouds but it did not look close yet. We decided to find the walking path up to the Castello. It was steep - very steep!!       After washing everything late the night before due to getting in late. We packed our nearly dry washing into our bags. We didn't have much food for breakfast as Rae and Shane had not shopped before they left and no shops were open. We found a piece of cheese and had some crackers.
