... quiet snowy this week which meant that the conditions were great, although visibility at times a challenge (or was that my age?).
Last year we tried Loon for the day. This year we ventured up to Cannon which was wonderful. Slightly more dated than WV, but fabulous trails, great food and a wide selection of craft beers.

He took Shell around to the warehouse and the women's pants section. They had top line stuff right down to cheap and cheerful.

We went back to the cabin about 11pm. I enjoyed the stars on the way back. Not much light pollution around here.
When laying in bed I could hear scratching on the walls. Just hope it's not on the inside as I was laying at ground level and dealing with a rat right now is the last thing I need.

So we left VT this morning from the Quechee Gorge State Park, a mildly interesting gouge in the earth. Beautiful of course, it's VT after all.
