... going on but we had all you can eat seafood which was delicious! When then went on to a wildlife park special for its Manatees. It's was really cool and interesting. We got to see hippo, manatees, alligators and lots of cool birds! We arrived in Clearwater and today we went to Busch Gardens which was really cool. We got on most of the rides and saw lots of the animals. We are exhausted now! But on to Orlando tomorrow for universal and Disney! Much love, Ellie and Dan ...

... Kristen to the Clearwater airport on Thursday--so he was sweating all of this for more than one reason!) With rental keys in Matthew's hand, we left for Tampa at 2;00, only slightly later than our original plans!

In Tampa we didn't have much trouble registering at our park-and-fly hotel, the Rocky Point Holiday Inn Express---except---we needed a 4:00 a.m. shuttle from the hotel to Tampa ...

... little shade.  The height of mosquito season is June to the end of October so we were just on the downside.  As soon as the sun goes down they come out to feed – big time.  So air conditioning was a must.  Our campground had 65 sites but only about 8 were taken.  We set up camp and drove the short distance to the Visitor Center.
