Turns out we're staying in the hotel half of the hostel, which accounts for how nice it is. It's as cheap as it is due to Waterford being off the beaten path and it being the off season. I've only seen one other person so far who doesn't work here. Waterford is a beautiful riverside town. A massive River runs beside it, and I doubt I'd survive falling in it.
