We did make it out of London safely. Cambridge was the first stop, to see the start of Stage 3 of the Tour de France. Bozzie gave us some great advice to park at the Park and Ride on the edge of town and catch the bus. We had a speedy trip in town and had a good view of the riders on their way out of town. ... we have ourselves a few awkward situations.

Sunday, traditionally a rest day so we did just that...the only thing on the agenda was a traditional English sunday roast lunch at Kirsty's parents house (Maggie & Dave).
Lunch did not disappoint, an amazing feast with the best tatties (potatoes) and great company - felt like a home away from home.

Caught up with the relatives at Toli's place. Richard bbq'd and we ate. Julie had managed to talk Laura and Rebecca to donate some shoes to her collection, plus Laura gave Julie an unused handbag.
