... few walks along the stunning Benone Beach in Northern Ireland. Due to our body clocks being out of sink we managed to do this every morning before breakfast just as the sun was coming up. Returning to the B&B for 8am ready to consume the tasty delights of a cooked Irish breakfast by our wonderful B&B hostess Patricia. I also took quite a liking to the whiskey porridge. Nice little warmer after being out in the chilly Atlantic Ocean air!
