This is going to be a very long day so I stay in my room at the hotel as long as I'm allowed and they give me a late 2 pm checkout. From waking at around 6.00am it is 15 hours until I leave for the airport, and an additional 21 hours until I land in Auckland, then another couple of hours to get home after clearing the entry processes.
