... of the Goldwing family over there, it would have been so much more difficult. But even with the great help there were still moments when it came close to getting on a plane and going over to get matters sorted. Admittedly, part of that comes from being a bit of a control freak and not stepping back and allowing folk to do their thing and help. Patience was a big factor too coming into play. Charlie doesn't have too much of that! Thank goodness ...

... my big US trip next month! Still surreal to think the next departure from Sydney airport, I'll be flying solo. What will I do without needing to pack 7 bags, snack foods, colouring books, Spider-Man, princess dresses and having the (small) person next to me announcing that they need to wee? Speaking of which, it's trip number 3 ( in as many hours) for Master 3. Stay tuned for photos of our hotel! ...

First thoughts on driving an MH on Australian roads? A bit different to Europe. Biggest difference is speed. Funny thing is that in UK/EU where speed limits are generally higher than here, the traffic makes allowances for slower vehicles like motorhomes and caravans. And, ...

... are you will never even need to show it. So get one just in case.

Q: For tours that need a sleeping bag, can i get a sleeping bag in London and how much are they?
A: You can buy them from the contiki basement for 20 pounds, no problem, but they are all a standard size. There are other places around that you can get them cheaper. By getting one in London before the trip, you save worrying about it before you get there.
