... 5 hours! Which was a nightmare. Then we got an email from our hostel the Grandio saying they booked us in the room that was getting renovated so we got them to organize us into a different hostel which fortunately was just around the corner :).! Didn't get to see much Budapest because we for there at 1am then had to fly to Zagreb in the ...

... They were lovely company and I was excited to have such fun travel partners on a mundane train ride.

Day 48 was a started off as a quiet affair but had an amazing end to it. And the forecasts are not in our favour for the next few days. Bad bad times. And poor Charly just having to put up with it. All ****. Time to get better. Less ill but more fragile we headed out about 12 into the centre of Zagreb. It's actually a really lovely city set on a backdrop of mountains ...

... there is a big church. I went in, and found it to be nice. Again, nothing really special to write home about. I walked passed a few other churches but didn't go into any of them. I saw some statues and fountains, and nice architecture common with all European cities.

Zagreb is currently putting on a folk festival. I stopped by one stage and watched some of the performances there. Throughout the city, there were singing and dancing performances going on. Most ...
