... Esperance waterfront with Doc an indigenous tour operator who Brad met when he worked for IBA. He gave us an idea of places to visit around the area. Tomorrow we go on a tour with him out along the beaches to Cape Le Grand NP. He runs Kepa Kurl Tours which is the indigenous name for this area. It means boomerang shaped waters. ... about 100 metres offshore. We stopped at Ten Mile Beach and had our picnic lunch on the boardwalk. We were entertained by two dogs (a border collie and a heeled/staffie cross) that were alternatively swimming in the surf then running up the steps to the boardwalk. Saw a campervan just after it had smashed into the back of a car waiting to turn and on fire as we were driving to the coast.
