Hazelnut capital of the U.S., Cranberry Capital of the West Coast, and at least two coffee shops on every street, beautiful beaches, mountains, forests, and rivers, Oregon has been amazing. I know I keep telling you that each place we visit is more beautiful than the last. And I've completely exhausted the words beautiful, stunning, and awesome. Only did 15 miles which nearly finished us off!! Trying to upload a vid of one of two consecutive hills to show an idea of how high the ascents we are managing are but it's so long it won't condense!! Make it to a lovely cheap hiker-biker camping ...

... Oregon coast. The sun was out, sky is blue and the big question is which cute little coast town do we honor with our presence?

Seaside is almost like Coney Island with its indoor Carousel and plethora of cheap eateries and even cheaper souvenir stores. We ate at Finn’s, because it seemed appropriate and wandered around. The beach here is quite different than back home in northern California. It is very broad, like Coronado beach near ...
