... that we use in developing the Kater Gardens - namely finding cast off items through Craigslist and repurposing them. The tour was fascinating, and we learned a lot about aquaculture, water conservation, and organic farming. The views were fantastic, overlooking the Lahaina coastline and across to Lana'i. ... to do it! Meant we could sleep in, go to the Gazebo restaurant one last time for a delicious breakfast over Napili Bay, then leisurely make our way back to the airport. Don't think we actually left til about 3:15. People coming off our plane did not look happy...guess they missed a day of their vacation...hazards of booking with Allegiant I guess. But for us, we were all tanned and happy :)!
