    Early start, Stansted crowded - possibly made worse by the French air traffic controllers strike yesterday.     ... gorgeous stone building about 900 years old. This time it's simplicity was stark but beautiful.

    Back in the car we had a 2 hour drive which was an easy drive on the motor way. We arrived at Girona in Spain but had a little trouble finding the hotel as it wasn't listed on the GPS. Eventually we did and parked the car after driving around the roundabout about 3 times.
