... west of WA. It was still raining as we trudged through Margaret River (via the fudge factory) and so we made the decision book into a B&B for the night as neither of us wanted to sleep in the tent or camp in the pouring rain. We arrived in Nannup and at our picturesque B&B set in 10 acres of beautiful gardens. As we left Bruce out in the rain, we didn't feel guilty at all, especially when we saw the comfy bed and en suite bathroom that awaited ...

Thankfully we had time together in Melbourne. So from Margaret River to Fairbridge we sped on Friday morning to get a good site at the ...

First early morning trip to the toilet this morning was greeted by flies, we knew our enemies, the flies, would be trailing us all day! After packing the van, we made our way to the old jetty of Hamelin Bay where if you are lucky, you can see sting rays and Mantarays. We were not fortunate enough to see them, but a guy told us that the rays are more likely to be out in the afternoon. We made ...

... in the middle of absolute nowhere, was priceless. Bad timing for me too as I was left with no escape from the fine, powdery bull dust his car left on its wake. So basically the rest of the day was just swimming, lazing, scrabble, oh and there was a moment of face paint!! Poor Maree will be cleaning that gunk if her walls, towels and furniture for months. Dinner was a Vietnamese dish we experimented with "Caramel-Galangal Chicken,". Delicious. ...
