    ... met. Funnily enough met a guy I used to work with at Housing, on the tour, we both looked at each other and realised at the same time. In the Afternoon we visited Jewel cave, underground there is no wind! What an amazing cave, with amazing formations, apparently has the longest straw in any tourist cave in the world at 5.4m.     AM - It was 5C overnight, damn cold, got up in the dark and had breakfast before making our way down to the foreshore and transition. Did the usual stuff, pumped up the tyres and put gear on my bike. Hell the ground was cold as we walked to the swim start, in fact most of us stood in the sea waiting as the sea temperature was about 19C, much warmer than the ground & air temperature.     ... and a white Chenin Blanc wine that I thought was pretty good. Something that was kind of funny is that the server thought that all of us were from Europe. We mentioned that we were all College Students from the US, and I'm not sure if she misheard, or what happened, but for the rest of the time she referred to us as "The Europeans."

    The highlight of the trip for me was the Grove. The taster was hilarious, and their wines and cocktails ...

    Na het ontbijt reden we richting Cape Naturaliste en Leeuwin Nationl park om dit prachtige gebied te verkennen. Het was goed weer wat deze rit recht deed. We stopte bij Meelup beach een prachtig afgelegen strand met erg turquoise water. Daarna volgde Eagle Bay beach een nog mooier strand met ook een aantal kassen van huizen.
    Daarna reden we richting de vuurtoren waar ook mooie wandel paden waren. Er waren op de weg ...
