... clouds gathered together and a torrential onslaught of rain and wind began. It didn't stop raining all day. Last day in Augusta

... driving through this wonderful countryside, we were absolutely taken aback with the sheer beauty of the landscape where these wineries are. At the last winery we went to, we tasted wine that we liked and was in our budget. This was McLeod Creek Wines where we bought a case of Cab Sav and half doz Semilon Blanc.

The weather is still extremely windy yet rain has eased and we are now back at camp ready for a bowl of Lesley's beautiful homemade soup.
