... the threat of thunder, that kept up for over an hour.....the the thunderstorm started at 6pm - BUT - we made it under the roof of the shelter just as the first water drops fell, then a tiny bit of sleet.....what a great feeling....just beating the downpour :) !! After that....just sat at the shelter and called it a night. Oh yea, tonight is the first night we have slept in a shelter - we got the whole top loft to ourselves! ... following chemo, I developed a really angry rash. Because I have had life threatening reactions to medications in the past, two in particular which involved a rash, Mark & I had to go to the DHMC ER. They told us what would be an emergency and sent us home. An excellent dermatology consult on Monday confirmed a drug rash likely secondary to chemo.
